The best way to test for food allergies is to stop everything but one simple fod, such as fresh chicken, nothing else, for 3-4 weeks, and see if there is improvement. If there is, add back other foods, at a rate of one per week, until you find an offending food. If you do, stop that food, keep feeding what has already shown to be safe, until the symptoms disappear, and then continue testing more foods.
