It sounds like your vet is treating the symptoms as he finds them, but doesn't have a clear picture as to what is going on with your cat. I also do not have a good picture based on the few details you wrote. I suggest finding a holistic vet, giving a full history, along with the test results you already have. In the meantime, continue with the d-mannose for a few more days, and put the cat on a diet of raw hamburger, fish oil, and a probiotic.
