Hi there, Really looking for some advice or opinions on this one.
About 4 years ago my b/w male moggy had a one off episode in which he seemed to put his paws on his head and flop to one side, seemed very vacant at the time, unrespondant. Took him to emergency vet and checked out fine, they gave him Vit B6 inj. from memory.
Last night, he seemed to have similar episodes, except this time he remained respondant all the time. But would have twisting and spasm like turns, where he'd put his head on the ground on the side and look out of charcater and sorts. Took to our vet who checked temp, heart, joints - all checked out normal. Back home he just wanted to be left alone so he curled up in a quiet cupboard for the night. He had probably 4-5 incidences like this last night.
This morning he seemed initially much the same... wanting to jump up on the bed, but wasnt looking confident or comfortable. Was lifted up on bed and seemed happy and purring. Over last couple of hours seems to be improving, has eaten, and is now grooming and seems to be woalking more normally and comfortbaly.
He did attempt to jump on the bed early yesterday morning and got claws stuck in blankets so had ot be helped and hoisted up. Is it possible he's caused himself some sort of injury from this, or does this sound more like a seizure?
Would love any advice or recommedations of what we can do for him.
He is now about 8years old and in otherwise great health.

Many thanks
Rachael
