Dear Dr. Tobin,
Gus's numbers for his Creatinine is 2.4 and his
BUN is 37. I mentioned that he is diabetic and
will be 18 in mid July. It sounds like borderline
to me and his sugar has been stable for several
months. The last time at the vet it was low
because he hadn't been eating very well but overall
his fructosomine levels were in the good to excellent
range he takes insulin 2 times per day. The other
concern I have about him is recurring mouth and teeth
infections as it is too risky to do dental work I think.
And I wondered if the hamburger should be raw.
Thank you so much. Laurie S. Gus's Mom
