Hi. I have a cat, female, three years old ,unspayed(never had a litter) who began having a creamy yellow vaginal discharge days after trying to mate with my male cat(who is neutered). I stopped them immediately, and when the discharge started(about two days after),I took her to the vet who prescribed Clavamox. After several prescriptions, it doesn't seem to permanently correct the problem and I wonder if the bacteria are becoming immune to the antibiotic now. The vet doesn't know what to do and say it may be a chronic thing and doesn't want to change the antibiotics. Is there something homeopathic that can be given? She is, in otherwise, good health, active, no fever, etc. I live in a small town and this vet is the only one for miles around otherwise I'd take her to another vet. Thanks for any help on this.
