While there are differences in individual sensitivity amongst cats, some possible causes are infections, such as leptospirosis, if she goes out, or autoimmune problems due to FVRCP vaccinations. You haven't mentioned her vaccination history, whether she is an indoor cat or also goes out, or what her blood and urine levels are. This information would be very helpful.
