raw chicken, bone mean and cod liver oil

OK. I finally got her eating raw chicken rather than cooked. I'm adding a teensy amount of bone meal which she doesn't like but will eventually eat it. When I tried to add both the recommended amount of bone meal and cod liver oil it turned her raw chicken into a dark green glob and she wouldn't touch it.
* Is there a good way to prep raw chicken? Right now I am cutting it into bitesized pieces with scissors.
* What are the nutritional benefits of bone meal and cod liver oil?
* Any tips on how I can get her to accept the whole thing?
* Can you think of anything else I can do for her?
