It's not round swelling, like hemorrhoids, but a swelling of the entire area. She doesn't seem to be in pain. Is eating (wet food) and assuming drinking water that is available. A few months ago she was treated for a UTI. She also has no tail (was removed several years ago) which probably has nothing to do with this other than that the area is very exposed and this incident made her less social so I don't know how long this has been swollen since she doesn't hang out long or often.
