You said that she is an outdoor cat, so I don't expect that you can collect a fecal sample, which would be advisable, if at all possible. Are there any signs of loose stool, such as stool smeared around the rectum, or on the fur near the rectum? You might try one of the following homeopathic remedies in the 30c potency twice a day: Apis is indicated for swelling with a pink coloration, or Sulphur, for redness around body orifices.
