Posted by: LS at Fri Aug 6 14:21:16 2010 [ Report Abuse ] [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by LS ] Hello, I brought my 16 week kitten to the vet for the first time a couple days ago. I got a call this morning saying she is positive for ringworm, a 3 out of 4. They gave me a topical treatment for it and want me to do more when she goes back for her rabies vaccine in a few weeks. Her skin and fur look fantastic and she's not showing any noticeable signs of it. There's no one obvious infected area. What I'm wondering is, how serious is ringworm and is there something without topical meds I can do instead? A bath or herbal treatment? Also, my dog has been in the same space as her, do I need to do anything for him, too? [ Reply To This Message ] [ Subscribe to this Thread ] [ Show Entire Thread ] | ||
