Posted by: ncat at Sat Aug 6 21:22:49 2011 [ Report Abuse ] [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by ncat ] A RElative has 3 cats and 2 dogs. The one cat is a 5 yr old sweet cat who is morbidly obese (probably 35 pounds). He eats the dogs food (left on the fllor if the dogs do not eat it) plus a poor quality of cat food. The one litter box is elevated because the dogs have the nasty habit of eating the cat poop. Because of his weight Tully has trouble getting to the box and has taken to urinating and pooping in the house. Everyone is frustrated with him and tonite I was told they were thinking of "making him an outside cat". I am upset with this and offered to take him in. I have 4 cats and would take him to a vet for help. I blaim my relative for his problems. Any suggestions? [ Reply To This Message ] [ Subscribe to this Thread ] [ Hide Replies ]
