Don't worry about the blood work, just make her as comfy as possible. The 1/4 of 10mg Antacid is a good suggestion, you can crush it up and hide it in the food if need be, but don't be surprised if she stops eating all together. It sounds like your cat and mine are at similar stages in the disease. You gave her a lot of extra time in a loving home, she has been blessed by your love and care.
