Hi There,

I am so sorry for your losses.......I know how difficult it is to lose them so close together. Before you can really grieve for the first baby, there is another one to deal with. It seems so unfair.

I think it would be a good idea to adopt a new furkid! A kitten would probably be best, maybe a little girl, but a boy would be ok too. In my experience, the older boys take extremely well to the female kittens. I have one boy who falls in love with them in a very short time He would have made a wonderful mom........lol Two years ago, when I adopted a little girl, he was so excited he could hardly wait until she exited the carrier. He was the first to groom her and play with her!

Take care, and please keep us updated!

Regards,
PHKitkat
