I have a 2 year old cat that has stopped using the cat box over the last few months. Cat box is clean twice daily. So that doesn't appear to be an issue. I have read tons of articles and believe the problem has to do with her hips. She was significantly delayed in developing and has always had a narrow pelvis. She is on medication to help her pass stools more easily and 2 vets didn't believe that there was a significant issue wither her hips, though sometimes she does limp. I have thought about using a tray where she urinates with litter in it, but wanted to know what other ideas people might have or things that have worked for them.
