Times haf changed...wif da job mom haz, effun in an emergency situashun whare she wuld need a day or so off, da immediate supervisors want her to find sumwun to "work her shift". A few months ago, whenze bof vehicles, her's anz Dad's, broked down at da same time, her immediate boss told her ifn she culdn't make it intew wurk, she had to find sumwun to "work her shift"...well, mom sed, "And if no one wants to work it and I'm not able make it in due to both vehicles being broken down and in the shop?" Den, her boss said she would get written up and reprimanded.

So, mom took went offur her immediate boss's head to the management above her, anz she tolded dem dat she wuld not be able to make it in due to bof vehicles being down..dey said not to worry about it and she wuld not get a write up. She didn't get written up, but her immediate supervisors were furry mad wif mom for going offur dere heads anz gaf her many verbal reprimands. Da immediate supervisors just dont wunt to haf to do any extra foot work to find sumwun to cover shifts ifn sumwun cant make it in---mom wonders whut dey is actshually dere for.
