It hard sometimes to say no, my Mommy is a giffer, too. Hers helps peeple out a lot. Hers has been saying to some fings lately an find hers life is easier and not as stressful wif alla eggstra stuff -- don get me wrong, hers is still doing a lot. Youse Mommy needs to try saying no iffn hers plate is full. It is hard, but once you try it it makes a big diffrence.
