>>hello
>>I'm new here so I hope I can get some help.
>>
>>there are 12 newly hatched babys from a yellow and a gulf hammock female. these are captive bred and born. I incubated and hatched all 12.
>>
>>I am looking to the best for them and may be releasing them in their natural habitat. from all I can see this is northwest fla.
>>
>>any advice on a good area to a Nashville guy???

If these are captive bred and raised snakes, do not release in the wild. Even tho they are the same species, there is a chance 1 that there is hybridization in the lines that you are unaware of. This could change the outlook of the species where you are at. Also captive animals carry different pathogens than wild. IT takes great care to reintroduce a species into the wild from captivity to ensure what is captive is not taking something into the wild that will kill the established populations.
