Help wanted - Fellow boa breeders, myself and a collaborator are studying sex chromosome evolution in Boa constrictor and Python regius. In order to accurately identify the sex chromosomes, we need samples. Specifically, we need 6 to 10 males and the same for females. Due to genetic structure existing among locales this makes some of the analysis pretty tricky, so what would be ideal are litters of stillborns. That gives us mixed sex litters and good numbers. Anyone have bad luck this year and have a bunch of stillborns, and still have those in your freezer If so, I will pay for them to be shipped to me for this study. With ball pythons, any still borns/dead animals will be fine. Let me know what you have and lets see if you can help resolve some of the issues with Boa and python sex chromosomes.

Thanks you,
Warren
