Looks to be an African Green Bush Snake (Philothamnus semivariegatus). It's a MILDLY venomous rear-fanged snake that is basically harmless to humans.

Many folks would PROBABLY 'assume' that it is a highly venomous green mamba which it definitely is NOT.
