Hi Mike!

I'm sorry to hear her litter went badly. There can be several causes for this, among them the initial age and weight of the female, the vitality of the male, or a short or too-cool gestation period. What are her stats and how long did she go?

Pregnancy is very trying on female snakes, successful litter or not. Give your girl a few days to settle down, then offer a small rat (or whatever is one size down from normal, so it is not as hard on her system). She will be entering shed around now, so may be a bit grumpy. Offer anyway, and make sure she sees it. After she eats, wait a week and offer a medium (or whatever her normal meal size is). Continue offering every other week for a few months until you see she is clearly gaining weight.

I would give her next year off to recover.

Good luck!
