Has mites. Have you treated it for mites, or do you need help with that?
I bought a can of Provent-a-Mite online a few years ago. I use that same can even today for new acquisitions whether they have mites or not, just to make sure. Very easy to use. Would you like instructions? Warning: Keep water bowl away from spray, and let the stuff dry before you put in a snake, and best to cover the cage floor with newspaper or similar type packing paper after the stuff has dried. Once dry, wash your water bowl extremely well. Put in snake.
You can spray the stuff on the floor around the cage (outside the cage) after you treat the cage as above. That is simple and keeps mites from coming back. I have never had to treat a cage twice when I started spraying it on the floor around the cage perimeter.
