I recently got a 6 month old GTP after 2 weeks or so I noticed his skin was a little wrinkly & he started to shed. I was a little surprised because his eyes didn't cloud up first. That shed was not good at all it came off in little chunks & he never did have a full shed. I increased the humidity some & he stayed wrinkly for another 3 weeks. During this time he ate every 7 days & only refused food once right before the shed. Last week he ate then regurgitated the next day. I also noticed right above his tail seems to be swollen but the snake has not deficated. for the entire 5 weeks I have had him he has deficated regularly as well until now. I think he is dehydrated & have soaked him along with regular misting & maintain good humidity 75-95% along with a basking area of 84 degrees. Any suggestions? Please help.
