Well I do not think many or most do get real large. I have seen some that I feel sorry for, those photos of really skinny collareds ya see basking with red mites all over them. I always think, wow, they look sickly in the wild, .

But every so often ya find a few BIGGIES. Guess they have good genes, and eat well. Probably eat a lot of smaller lizards, and tons of bugs. I suppose it is just the same as with some tall or big people. Maybe the parents were larger , kids then are larger , then their kids,,, and you get some big lizards, :0) In any case they sure are COOL looking.

Let me know if you remember the guys name, who was vending. lol
