I had a problem like this with the first emerald that I got also. The breeder had told me that they were feeding live and what they were feeding so I took their word for it and did the same and it went well over a month and the thing wouldn’t kill and eat anything so finally I fed them to one of my red tails and tried the frozen thawed then warmed up in hot warm.... as they said he didn’t eat that either so I talked to someone and they told me to try to heat it up quite a bit warmer than normal ... like 110f and to hold it an inch or two away from it with tongs assuming this was dumb but the thing just reached out and snatched it like he was plucking a donut off of a snack cart. He barely even made a half attempt to coil around it then swallowed it. He’s been eating like that ever since ..... no way this snake was ever eating live mice I don’t care what they say.
