RES is biting itself

My RES has been biting his foot these last few days. I was out of town over the weekend and it seems to have just started. This also happened a few months ago with his other foot- and looking back, I believe I noticed after being out of town for a week. Both occasions I made sure that he was taken care of in my absence.

Could this be a stress issue or just coincidence?
