Have had her for 10yr. She spends summers outside and winters hibernating indoors in dirt in a 50 degree room. No problems until this year. She is eating very little and typically has her eyes closed because of the gunk that is accumulating in them. I soak her in warm water to loosen the gunk and then roll over her eyelids with a Q-tip to get the gunk out, but it keeps accumulating. I have taken her to the vet multiple times, but we can't seem to get to the bottom of it. She is in a sterile environment with no substrate except a towel (I removed the substrate thinking she might have an allergy). 2 heat lamps. UV light.
