Not sure if you found answers elsewhere -- also the follwing is my opinion -- The temps are OK to me. Try covering the screen top with a piece of plexy or glass. Mist a few times daily to keep humidity up. Not sure how big your hypo is but they normally tend to grow a little slower that most other boas. I would look into getting another enclosure on the market that would suit a boa (and also keep temps and humidity in check). You can try a rheostat to get the temps in check. Use a substrate (non pine) to hold in the moisture. I have use just newspaper in commercially made enclosures with rheostat and have and success with keeping/breeding boas. In the mean time, use aspen or coconut aspen the hold in the moisture. Misting the substrate a few times daily may also help with getting the temps a little lower but def look into a rheostat if you are only keeping one boa.
