He was in the water bowl and I nudged him out so I could get a better look. His legs were outstretched and it looked like his back feet were curled in. His stomach also looked a little red. A few weeks ago one of the frogs was having trouble moving around (I'm not sure which one), but he had seemed to be getting better. I'm not sure if it is a feeding issue since there are the two frogs. I just fed them. He looked interested in the food, but as of yet has attempted to eat any of the crickets.
