My female anaconda escaped last night. I keep her in a 55 gallon aquarium, and I must have forgoten to clip the screen. My roomate doesn't care for her so I keep her in my bathroom, nexted to the tub. I keep the plug in the tub drain because the outgoing water pipe leaks and the faucet drips, as a result the bathtub stays about half full all the time. She must have escaped and gotten into the tub because she pooped in it. I've let her out when I was in my room before but she always got back in the cage when she got cold, only in this case the lid settled back on the cage.

I keep the door to my room locked at night, so I can figure how she would have gotten out, the gap under the door in only about a half inch and she's over 6' now. The only opening I can find is the toilet which worries me because it's a water source, and I'm afraid she might have climbed down the drain while the lid was up.

I'm about to tear my room apart to look for her, but I was also going to leave some pans of water out (condas spend about 95% of their tims in the water if you didn't know) and open the cage in case she decides she want back in. Any other tips?
