Katrinus - change of view? (For Richard Wells)

Does the post below mean you have changed your mind on the genus Katrinus (Water pythons) and now regard it as synonymous with something else, which is the opposite of your past views agreeing with the designation.
We'd be keen to know what has made you change your mind. Maybe a new study or something to which we are not privvy?
