Like others I've heard both ADF's do and don't do well with other fish. I've seem them with dwarf gouramis. I keep mine with otto cat.s. But I've also had my frogs eat minnows, danios, tetras and the little catfish that eat off the bottom

My frogs get fed regularly so I don't think it's the hungry issue. I've also had friends who had ADF's that would nip at the other fishes fins. I fed mine a variety of foods and only fish that are designated as feeder fish!
