My albino female recently bred with my normally colored male, and presto, we have about a hundred tadpoles. I'd say that a fifth of them are albino! So he must have been het...
Have you breeders found that the albinos are a bit more fragile than the norms? They seem to be growing at a slower rate overall, and there are more "deaders" in albino than there are the norms. But the strongest and largest ones are doing good, and that includes some albinos. I have them in a 55-g rubbermaid full of water and am feeding them strained fish food and baby fry food.
