Greetings:

I'm writing on behalf of Stone Bench Associates, a literary and educational service out of Philadelphia, PA. Based on my own experiences with the chemistry of snake venom, we would like to publish a book for children and young adults explaining the fascinating complexity of venom. I'm looking for herpetologists to serve as consultants and co-authors for this project. If you would be interested in joining this project, please contact us at associates@stonebench.us putting SNAKEBITE in the subject line. We believe that the chemistry of venom--if explained carefully and colorfully--will show young readers that science can be wonderfully interesting, and we believe that the mechanics of a snakebite will interest young readers.

Sincerely,

Emilie J. Conroy,
Stone Bench Associates
