I can't believe it! I lost my python almost two weeks ago, still a little guy, about 20 inches or so, and I've been tearing apart everything in the house to find him. No luck yet. I've set out mice and water for him, he hasn't came out to eat, set several plastic bag crinkly traps, and I honestly have no idea if he's drank anything or not. I shredded open the couch where I was sitting when he escaped out of my hoodie, not there, looked EVERYWHERE humanly possible, and he can't get outside since the doors are too tightly fit. I'm so worried about the little guy, so I have a few questions I hope some of you can answer.

How long can a small python live without water?
Can they travel up stairways?
If you've lost a snake, where have you found them? (trying to get ideas)

I'd really appreciate some help here. Thanks.
