I've bred them for years and one or two have escaped from their boxes. Ive never found them again. all you can do is keep looking in warm dark places, and look and re-look, because they move around. once when I was 5 or 6, my rosy boa got out, and THANK GOD my mother found it cruising across the kitchen floor towards the fridge two weeks later. that is the one and only time ive retrieved a lost snake. I hate to tell you that the outlook isnt good, but that is the reality of losing a snake.he might turn up all by himself soon, or years later, depending on if is able to stay warm and find food. all I can tell you is keep looking, and maybe pick out a new snake. if you really feel bad, try maybe leaving an (escape proof) dish of live crawlers out, and if some are missing in the morning, you know you had a visitor and that he is eating. you might even be able to catch him if he stays in the area, looking for free crawlers.
