I have also heard that feeding them only fish is bad, but mine are healthy. The bloodworms are good, but they are expensive and the majority go into the filter too. I don't mess with them.

Anyways, there are pellets specifically made for ACF. I have not tried them yet, but plan to soon. You can order them online by the pound, and they are not terribly expensive. You order them at Xenopus.com. The pellets are larger and come in the sinking form for the bottom feeding frogs.
