yep thats skin. ACF, as well as all amphibians, shed their skin.
also, DO NOT keep ACF and plecos toghether! plecos have dangerous spines on their fins, and if the ACF tries to bite it (and eventually, it will happen, i get emails about this all the time) it will be stabbed though the mouth. causing massive internal bleeding and a slow, agonizing death. if you love your frog, remove the pleco.
please read my website for their complete care. i even have pics of shed skin, so you know what it is. i also have list of animals comptable with the ACF, but i can sum it up for you, NONE.
