Hey I just got 4 musk turtles they are all have about a 4inch shell and I found them in a ditch but it was really bad there was trash everywhere so I took them home how old or how bid does their shells have to be to mate ??? Because i Have a male that keeps mounting a female and i dont know if he is trying to mate or even if they are to young the female kicks him off a lot the becuase its hard for her to swim to the top to get air with him on the top and i was really wondering what to feed them do they eat minnows because i have some in there but they just kinda swim around and i put repto sticks in there and they dont eat so what should i do ? oh and do they ever bask ?
