I bought a little Pictus back in Februaury, and I was told it was a little boy.
I have looked and looked for info. on how to sex them, but most of the info. I have found says that a male is bigger than a female, and that males have hemipenile bulges...well, I don't have an opposite sex to compare it to..and there is a bit of a bulge, but I also read that sometimes females will have a slight bulge.
So tonight I found what looks exactly like a little egg in the humid hide!
What age do they start breeding? Because when I got her, she was housed with a male, but I was told "HE" was only a few months old? And he/she been by themself for almost 2 months now. Is there any other way to sex them? Or can I assume now that she's a she? I'm pretty sure that it's an egg..just never seen a pictus egg to be certain...
