Our beautiful ACF, 5 year old female, recently developed a bump on the white of her skin, on her center chest about 1 inch / 2.5 cm down from her mouth. The bump is white and not red or discolored.
Saturday (16 April) her right leg, almost to the top , became very pale in color. She would not open her toes either but kept them tight in. By Sunday morning, the color returned to normal and by yesterday she began opening her foot as usual and swimming normally.
Today I notice (and it could be me being over-sensitive to changes, with all the stress and worry) her eyes may be just slightly "buggy".
The bump has remained.

We are very worried about her, she is loved by all and has a wonderful personality. Any help would be deeply appreciated. Vets have told me nothing and everyone seems bewildered.
