Yes they are very cute when they just hatch and that's most rewarding time for me. Colors on the Fat Tailed Geckos are quite pale when they just hatch, but in about 3 or four months that should turn to orange.
The African Bullfrog was a rescue 11 years ago. She was a dried up baby and stuck in her skin. She has been eating catfish filet, minnows, any kind of earthworms and every now and then a frozen thawed pinky or fuzzy mouse. Those are kind of fatty so not too many of those. She also eats crickets, but not too many of those either since that may cause constipation. During the winter months I hardly feed her at all and she digs in in moist peatmoss. She is the longest living pet I have had so far.
