Need help with Foster Home Contract

I was wondering if anyone who uses foster homes and volunteers could send me copies of your foster home contract and volunteer contract. I would really appreciate it. Please send it to HHReptileRescue@aol.com also you can attach it as a download if it would be easier for you.
