Yes, that is very possible. Tortoises and many other reptiles are famous for storing sperm, an adaptation for making the most of infrequent mating encounters in sparse wild populations. I assume fertility decreases over time, so if you are serious about breeding you should seek a male of similar type. You should definately provide a suitable nesting site just in case.
