please see my website for complete care for the African Clawed Frog (Xenopus laevis). i have bred these frogs many times and given the proper care they will grow large and prosper.
are you sure the teacher doesnt have African Dwarf Frogs? these are commonly kept in community tanks, but most often will die of starvation and stress.
my largest female is 4 inches SVL and close to the same in width too! she is about 7 inches long, a HUGE one! she is also a stunning reticulated albino.
