HELP!!!!! I need to know how to care for a Sagebrush lizard

A friend of mine rescued a sagebrush lizard from drowning in a river but neither one of us know exactly how to take care of it. I have other herps myself but I've never dealt with anything like this so any help would really be appreciated.
