Well, you look like you got a lot of animals, so I'm guessing you've probably got the husbandry aspect down...have you tested the animal for parasites? If it's been eating frogs and lizards previously, it very well could have had something transmitted to it.
If it's not taking frogs or lizards, I'd say something is wrong, obviously...most will take them with gusto.
If all else checks out, analyze your husbandry again. Sometimes something that seems right the first time turns out to be the culprit.
If all else fails, assist/force feeding may be needed. Obviously, baby Candoia are incredibly fragile, and the utmost care must be taken, and even then, stress from the forcefeeding can kill them.
