I was reading some gentics stuff online the other night and i posted this question in the RatSnakes forum but havent gotten a response yet. I was reading that with LTR Snakes when they are purely Leucistic have very dark contrasting eyes. But if the Gene For Amelanism is introduced than their eyes brighten up. My question is my snake has light blue-gray eyes, does this mean she is Amelanistic as well as Leucistic? Is there anyway to tell short of a DNA Test? Thanks!
