I'm not an expert or anything at all, but in the pictures of the leucesitic ball pythons there are two varieties, black eyed leucies and blue eyed leucies.

And as far as what I understand the term leucisitic it is complete and utter white (no pattern or any yellow or black pigment in the body) with eyes retaining either blue or black pigment, and not amelanistic. Although it is possible for an animal to be leucisitic and albino (amelanistic) at the same time.
