Posted by: geckogirl72 at Mon Jul 25 16:53:15 2005 [ Report Abuse ] [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by geckogirl72 ] the egg should be not be placed directly on the vermiculite (it will get moldy). you can use the underside of a cap of a film container to place the egg on, then on the vermiculite. put some wax or molding caulk to keep the single egg from rolling around. as for whether it's fertile, just wait and see.
