Allen does care...otherwise, the forums wouldn't be there at all. In fact, I think it's a bit unreasonable for you to make the assertion that he doesn't. The forums are a free service provided to the general public...meaning anyone can join and post whatever they like and claim to be whoever they like...and in order to keep a quality forum, we have to sort it all out in our spare time (which there is very little of). Naturally, in that kind of a setting, problems are going to arise from time to time and there's only so much time and energy we can devote to them.

In short, the forums were brought down while we discuss how certain issues are going to be handled.

As for sales, you're quite mistaken. Allen sells the majority of his own geckos, just not individually. Allen's business revolves primarily around large, quantity sales. If you want to buy geckos in quantity, you deal directly with Allen...no pictures, just wholesale purchases. Because there were a number of people who wanted to buy individual geckos from him, we worked out a deal where he will send a select few geckos to me, which I then photograph and post for sale on his website (which I also manage).
